Iron is Sharpened by Iron

“Iron is sharpened by iron; one person sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17

I was able to spend time with my friend Sarah today. She lives far from me, so seeing her is a treat.  We caught up on the goings on of daily life.  Her daughter played with Ayla and then the three kids took a bath together.  It was precious, fun and memorable.   

It was particularly lovely to speak with a Christian friend. I know it is helpful for me –  my faith is sharpened by others who believe. We are called to be saints and that can happen by listening, conversing and building each other up.
